I was hoping I'd be able to just copy and paste them all to a post here but it seems like it's not going to work. The link below will get you to a post where the first post has a link to get theto totems. He also included a few other things in there that are White Wolf related. It's definitely a very detailed list and it makes it very easy to find what you're looking for than the fact that it's about 90 pages long.
