The Ticker!
So, for those of you unaware, back in '03 White Wolf decided the end was not only nigh, but right down the street and it was time to end the World of Darkness. Yes friends The Apocalypse was just around the corner and with it the final books of the WoD lines would be published for Werewolf, it was the literal Apocalypse book. Once the dust settled the nWoD would rise in the form of Werewolf: the Forsaken. A completely unrelated world that I reject out of spite.
What does this have to do with a heart? No a ticker friend. A NEWS ticker. See in the days leading up to the end White Wolf put up a fake news ticker on their site with the goings on in the WoD during the very last year of existence. In my infinite wisdom, I happened to have saved the data from the site, godamned 16 years ago.

Oh I remember when this hit. I was just starting to play. We did end up doing a one off of this with my gaming group. I liked it, but I have to agree. Werewolf the Forsaken was just flat out bad. took everything we loved and ruined it. Glad they did W20. Here is hopping the 5th ed is going in the right direction.
