Hey hey,

First post so apologies if I'm asking a dumb question.

I'm running a game set in Detroit in the 90s and I'm planning to run an Abliphet focused story in an apartment building.

I've been reading up on them in Wyrm20 but I'm a little confused, the book describes the Abliphet as dwelling in attics or roofs (planning on having mine in a big ol' electrics and utilities room) but as a bane surely they don't manifest under normal circumstances, the book also talks about the way the Abliphets tentacles get into air vents and stuff but again if they are in the Umbra how does that work?

I know buildings can have an Umbral presence but an appartment building (even a relatively old one) is surely unlikely to be represented that way in the Umbra?

I am just curious at how y'all would run it and whether I've fundamentally misunderstood something.
