Book of the Wyld
This book was really interesting to read through. It gave a great depiction of what the Wyld is and is not, where it can be found and where it can't. The Wyld isn't the same as the wild. I think that needs to be said. The Wyld certainly has a place in the wild, but that's another story. This book covers Gorgon's, which are amazingly cool creatures. It tells you how to make them and what they are. It gives you two indestructible spirits, both of which are hilarious. The story-flow of the reading makes it far more interesting too. There are some gifts in there too. The detailed spirits are pretty good, bit I would have liked to see more. That was a huge challenge for me starting out as a storyteller. I didn't understand the Wyld. Fortunately, we have a couple of episodes now to help too. This was a fun book to read through and only took me a few hours. This book does not detail the Coil. I believe Porter said that was in Umbra Revised. If you get a chance, this is a good book for the collection.
