Help me create the Garou of Lincoln Nebraska. This will be a caern-less sept. The caern that did exist here disappeared when the city went up. The caern will mostly consist of Bonegnawers and Glasswalkers I will need one Uktena banetender. The city is Designated as a "refugee-friendly" city by the U.S. Department of State in the 1970s, the city was the twelfth-largest resettlement site per capita in the United States by 2000. So characters could theoretically come from anywhere. The most important event in recent years is the clean up the superfund site Weaverly groundwater site. Which almost became a hellhole. The massive sludgebane is weakened and contained but not destroyed.

First thank you for taking an interest in my post. I love the character, I'm going to use him as is. I'm thinking he would make a good Warder or Elder. The Bane tender was brought in to keep the sludge bane from become too powerful. Since the Superfund site is contained but not cleaned. It keeps reforming a few months after being destroyed. I do like your idea that it posses A threat of weakening the binding on a greater bane. So i'm going to steal that. As for Lincoln It was built on a salt marsh. That had a Caern when the Wyrm comers came and took the land the Uktena sealed the Caern and claimed that it "drained" when the city was built. Rather then let the other tribes have it. it's a secret they still keep. If reawakened it would be a level 1or 2 Caern I haven't decided of what yet.
